SHIPPING POLICY
We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping provider because it allows us to offer competitive pricing and excellent service. Once you finalize your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your tracking number will also be provided via email upon shipment of your order.

Please keep in mind that although most orders ship on the same or following business day, some of our pieces are made-to-order so it may take up to 72 hours for us to create, process, and ship your order.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from Sacred G Collective. All of our products are handmade with love in our Studio in Boulder, CO and it is our goal to provide the highest possible quality in every piece of art we create.

Because of this commitment, we offer a 14-day return policy (minus shipping) on all of our products. Simply send us an email notifying us of your choice, and we will provide you with instructions for completing your return.

Please include a note with the reason for your return, as well as your name, address, email, phone number and we will process your refund as soon as we have received and inspected your product.

Should you wish to "cancel" a recently placed order, please send us an email, and we will provide you with instructions for completing your return and receiving a refund.
